The International University of Nursing (IUON) has been approved by the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) to participate in the Federal Direct Student Loan Program! IUON is the only international nursing school to receive approval from the DOE since the new law allowing foreign nursing schools to participate in the Title IV program came into effect one year ago. We are proud that IUON has been approved by the Department of Education and has now satisfied all the educational requirements to participate in the federal student loan program.
As of this date, eligible students and parents may now qualify for a variety of student loans including:
- Direct Subsidized Loans
- Direct Unsubsidized Loans
- Direct PLUS Loans
