Dear Colleagues,

Admission into UCLA's Econ/International Area Studies major has been suspended effective Spring 2010  primarily because of a substantial decline in student enrollment.  Fall 2010 Transfers admitted to Pre-Econ/International Area Studies Majors will continue as Pre-Econ/International Studies Areas majors, while Newly admitted Freshman can or may pursue other majors in Econ.
