Dear Colleagues:
Due to California’s state budget shortfall, California State University, East Bay will only be accepting applications for Winter Quarter 2011 from students pursuing the following majors:
Upper Division Undergraduate Programs
• BS Business Administration (impacted)
Applicants must also complete the online supplemental application for the program at http://www.csueastbay.edu/buad.

• BS Business Administration (online degree completion program)
Offered through the Division of Continuing and International Education (more information available at

Post baccalaureate Programs
Students may apply for the following programs offered through the Division of Continuing and International Education:
• MS in Educational Leadership - Online
• Pre professional Health Academic Program
As a result, students planning to apply to Cal State East Bay for Winter Quarter 2011 must submit an application through CSU Mentor by the deadline specified below. Applications will not be accepted after this date. Current and former members of the military are able to submit applications regardless of their major interest. Students in this category should contact the Office of Admission at admissions@csueastbay.edu for special application instructions.
Cal State East Bay Application Filing Periods Winter Quarter 2011
Application Open June 1 - June 30
Document Deadline October 1
To apply for admission to Cal State East Bay, students must complete the following items:
• Submit an application through CSU Mentor at www.csumentor.edu and pay the $55 nonrefundable application fee. Submit a
supplemental application for the impacted Business Administration program.
• Request official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended to be sent to Cal State East Bay. Transcripts may be
mailed directly by the college or university or hand-carried in an original sealed envelope to Cal State East Bay's
Enrollment Information Center in Warren Hall on the Hayward Campus, or to the Academic Services Center on the Concord
Campus.
It is unfortunate that due to the state budget crisis we are only able to accept applications for such a limited number of majors and we fully understand the impact of this on you and your students. Also, we hope to know by early August the outcome of Spring 2011. We appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolve that is dependent on the state budget.
