- 2011 College Report-Latino. College Board Latino Edition of College Completion Agenda NEW!
- A Report of the Commission on the Future of Community College League of California. (2020 Vision). The Community College League of California convened a commission of 33 college leaders to identify policy and practice changes that, if implemented, could increase meaningful completions in community colleges by 2020. The Commission was asked to constrain its recommendations within reasonably available state resources, a particularly difficult task given the magnitude of the current recession and associated decline in state revenues. This report specifically addresses the need to increase associate degree and certificate completions in California’s community colleges. (Concision)
- A Transfer Discussion Document. Revised July, 2005, by the Intersegmental Committee of Academic Senates (ICAS) focuses the three segments of the California public higher education system which currently operate several programs intended to facilitate the transfer of students between the California Community Colleges and California State University and University of California systems. - Bridging the Gaps to Success: Promising Practices for Promoting Transfer Among Low-Income and First-Generation Students (11/19/2009). A report from The Pell Institute for the Study of Opportunity in Higher Education highlights promising transfer practices at six community colleges in Texas. The six colleges were selected based on an analysis of the transfer rates of low-income and first-generation students, and site visits were conducted to learn more about best practices that led to these results. - Proposed Title 5 Change on Apportionment Limit for Enrollment in Credit Courses (SECTIONS 55024, 55040, 55042, 58161, AND 58161.5). Counselors need to be aware of these changes to be able to advise students of the limit of 3 enrollments in credit courses so that students can make informed choices about their enrollment for fall 2011 and spring 2012 courses. - Transfer Rate Study. This excel file contains three separate tables showing the transfer rates for three academic years – 1998-99 to 2005-06. (CCCCO)
- Transfer Velocity Project. (also known as Transfer Leadership Center Project) The Transfer Leadership Center (TLC) is the most comprehensive study to date of two-to-four-year transfer in California. Awarded in 2007 by the California Community College State Chancellor’s Office, the study investigates and increases our understanding of the full spectrum of factors, interventions, strategies, and practices that have a positive impact on transfer. TLC includes three components: a literature review, quantitative analysis, and qualitative research. (RPGroup)

- Unauthorized Immigrants: Length of Residency, Patterns of Parenthood. This report focuses on the unauthorized immigrant population in the United States. The Pew Hispanic Center estimates the unauthorized immigrant population using the “residual method,” a well-developed and widely accepted technique that is based on official government data.
