□ IMPACTED CAMPUS STATUS: Fresno State is designated as an impacted campus for admission of new upper-division transfers and in the programs in Athletic Training (Kinesiology) and Nursing. Fresno State will implement supplementary screening criteria for admission. Transfer applicants from other colleges or universities will be considered on a space available basis if they have a minimum 2.70 GPA or higher. Admission & Registration Status Prior to Receipt of ALL Official Transcripts (Page 6):
- Will admit provisionally based on work-in-progress.
- Registration hold is placed for official transcript(s) until received.
Completion Dates for Upper Division Transfers in Communication in the English Language & Quantitative Reasoning (Page 10):
- Fall 2012-complete by end of spring 2012.
- Spring 2013-complete by end of summer 2012.
Grades in Repeated Courses Taken From Different Colleges for Transfer (Page 9):
Fresno State will honor grading policy of the college where the original course was taken; otherwise, grades are averaged.
High Unit Majors with Authorized Exceptions to Admission & GE Breadth Requirements-Transfer Students (Page 11):
Engineering (Civil, Computer, Electrical, Manufacturing Systems, and Mechanical). These majors do not require completion of A3 before transfer.
Orientation (Pages 3):
- Transfer students are strongly recommended to attend orientation.
- The orientation fee of $55.00 ($20-1st guest, $15-other) is nonrefundable and are subject to change without notice.

Registration Priorities for Upper Division Transfers (Page 12):
- Registration order occurs after continuing students.
- Registration grouping occurs at orientation as Fresno State includes priority registration as part of their orientation program.
Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) and Enrollment Deposit (Page 2):
- Fresno State has no SIR deadline for transfer students.
- Fresno State does not require an enrollment deposit.
Transfer Certification & Double-Counting of Courses for Major Requirements (Page 8):
- Double counting is subject to departmental approval. A maximum of two courses may be double counted for most majors.
- Fresno State will allow fully or partially certified transfer applicants to double count courses towards (1) the American Institutions Requirement, and (2) GE Certification (either GE Breadth or IGETC).
- Fresno State will accept a DD-214 for elective units for all students and to clear Area E for GE-certified transfer students.
Transfer Credit Summary (Page 13):

Transfer Students With Learning Disabilities-Completion of Mathematics/Quantitative Reasoning Requirements for Admission & GE Breadth (Page 14):
Considered on a case-by-case basis by the Admissions Committee with recommendation from the campus Director of Services to Students with Disabilities.

- There is no campus foreign language or second semester English requirement for graduation.
- There is a multicultural/ethnic studies requirement for graduation, but the course must be upper division.
