The California Community College (CCC) Transfer Counselor Website (TCW) is developed through a California Comunity College Chanchellor's Office grant in June 2007. The purpose was to design a one-stop website that puts all tools, resources and university transfer information at the fingertips of California's community college transfer counselors. TCW was designed for CCC transfer counselors by CCC transfer counselors.
